Payments:
To purchase an item, click the “BUY NOW” button. The next page will show the item in your shopping cart. If you want to add more items to your cart, click the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button. When you are ready to purchase your item, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button to fill out your name and address on the next page, and then select Paypal to complete your payment. You will be taken to Paypal’s secure website to authorize your payment with a debit or credit card. After I receive your payment, I will send you an order confirmation to review your order details and to verify your shipping address. Paypal also accepts bank transfers or eChecks. If you pay with an eCheck, I cannot process and ship your order until your eCheck clears within 3 to 5 business days. I also accept moneyorders, plus moneygram or western union wire payments. Please contact me if you want to send a moneyorder or wire the payment to me. If you have problems selecting and paying for an item, please click the “Ask Seller a Question” button, or send email to [email protected] for assistance.

Shipping:
I ship worldwide to the US, Europe, Canada, & Australia. My Chinese supplier imports the hair directly from India, Malaysia, and Brazil. Stock wigs generally take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship out. Hair wefts and pre-bonded keratin hair extensions take about 4 to 5 business days to custom make and ship out. Unless otherwise noted, items are shipped directly from my supplier in China to the customer. After your order is processed or finished, it will be delivered to you within 2 to 4 business days by either UPS, FedEx, or DHL. I am not responsible for delayed shipments by the shipper or in case of bad weather, but I will call the shipper to find out the scheduled delivery time or work out any problems. Duty & Import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not pay this for you. Most orders have been delivered directly to the customer’s home without the customer having to pay any fees.

Refunds:
If you receive the wrong item or a defected item, please contact me within 3 days for a full refund or exchange. No refunds will be issued for a slight color difference. Your computer monitor may display hair colors or the color chart slightly lighter or darker than shown on the website. We have no control over how your computer monitor displays colors. But if you ordered black and received blonde, you can receive a refund or exchange. I will email you complete instructions with a deadline date to ship your order back to me. The deadline date is 5 business days from the date you receive an approval email to return your order to me. Only ship your order back through your local post office with a confirmation or tracking number. Do not add insurance. Do not use express service because it’s too expensive. Once you ship your order back, please email me the tracking number so that I know the order is on its way back to me. The tracking# will also show the date I received it. Once I receive the order back, I will issue you a refund within 1 to 3 days. Or, I will send you shipping and delivery information on your exchange item. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
